So I know the colors but I was wondering what type it is, and if anyone can tell if it's a he or a she. I keep being told different things about the sex of him/her and my DEC. Here are pictures...

Thank you. I may have the DEC DNA sexed, because I am hoping to breed to try and get more DECs after I become more knowledgable about budgies.

what colour budgie would you breed him with? you should wait a while before breeding him just giv it time to mature. if it isnt mature that is

I don't know I posted a while ago about what to breed him with but haven't gotten an answer... I think possibly a blue budgie in order to try and get more white ones... I'm not sure though. I have to do more research. Thanks for all of your helpful advice :)

Yes it works for parrots. I would give you the website I used, but I think it's for the US only. Here is a website I found for DNA testing in England though:
http://www.avianbiotech.co.uk/SexingEN.htm
Good luck. The cost here is $20 US. The website I gave you says:
"1 to 5 samples, Sex or Disease testing with a blood sample is £13 per sample, or £12.50 if sent in batches of 5 or more.
Sex testing from feathers are priced at £13.50 per sample. Or a rate of £13.00 if sent in batches of 5 or more. Special deals available on double and triple testing, or for batches of 30 samples or more. Please call for details."

Yeah I ordered DNA test kits for both birds, I just want to know before putting them all in the new cage together. If they're girls I'll have to get another boy or two... so confusing.
