and the dog above is a stafforshire bull terrier

It's a nice looking dog this Fell Terrier. I've seen one similar but it was mixed with a bit of poodle. Great dog. I'd like to have one. Thanks for the info.

at the moment she is not. she was bred from two normal brown ones i think the problem apparently lies with whites that have 2 white parents. shes a fun dog though full of her self and great with kids

Hey barrie, Yeah patterdale, Fell terrier there called different everywhere I think lol

Mother was a red Patterdale/fell

father black Patterdale/fell.

We call them Fell instead of patterdales, as the 'New' Type patterdales are only 8-10 inch High

Where as the 'old' type are around 13-14" high, have longer legs, and stronger box types heads.

Yes Barrie, a lot of people think ollie is a puppy lab and he looks like a minature lab to me but he's also too tall for a patterdale. They are brilliant companions aren't they?

She's full pedigree, bred from top show winners, but I never wanted to get into that scene so she's just living the life of ease and pleasure and being my baby :)

We had a samoyed as a family dog when I was young - called Shan. He was a good pedigree and I remember taking him to his first show after having brushed his teeth daily as part of his grooming preparation in the week before. When he was stood up for the judge and she went to inspect his mouth he snarled and went for her :o Never tried showing again :) He wasn't that big a dog though - all white fluffy coat which made him cranky in the heat of the Summer. Which side of your collie is samoyed Anna - cant see any of it in his lovely pic ?

Rebels mum is the samoyed Lorna. White, fluffy and quite a broad girl, that might be where he gets it from. Where he gets the height from is anybodys guess, but he definitely has the thick coat from her. Oh, and his tail curls up and whacks everything constantly hahahahaha

No kidding! I work at a vet and I met a Ridgeback that was 6 months old and weighed something like 115 pounds!
