HI - PLEASE CAN ANYONE TELL ME THE VARIETY OF EACH OF MY BIRDS-I ASSUME THE GREY IS QUITE A COMMON COLOUR SO I AM MORE INTERESTED IN KNOWING THE WHITE/GREY/WITH YELLOW FACE/HEAD

yes the cock is a 2004 bred normal grey cock and the hen is a yellow face grey dominant pied 2005 bred.

A what? How on earth can you tell these things? My two new ones are weird colours so when I get some pics will post them :p

Hi.

The hen has a yellow face and she is a blue .
so all blue birds with a yellow face are called yellow faces.
A pied is a bird that has white or yellow on the body where there shouldent be any.
Your grey cock has a white head and grey body but if he had a patch of white on his chest like the hen then he would also be a dominant pied.
Dominant pieds also usually have a small patch of either white or yellow on their heads.

before you all say that the hen is grey .
I ment she is a blue series bird.
Ie sky blue cobalt violet mauve and grey.

So yes she is a yellow face grey pied hen .
