Well just reading my first ever copy of cage & aviary and it says near the front that there is a show on and its right by meee!!

Is anybody going/entering a bird?

Event: Hinkley & Burbage CBS open show
When: Saterday October 25th.
Birds can be benched from friday night; doors open to the public at 1:30-4pm on Saterday
Where: Westfield Community centre, Hinckley, Leicester
What Its All About: After last years impressive turnout, a decent number of birds are expected.]
Entry:
50p per cage
50p for children and OAPs
£1 for all others

Yes Mick I went but, not sure I would go to another small event.

I wasnt quite sure what to do with myself, There wasnt that many budgies, mostly canaries and a few very very small birds, so I was just mooching around talking to Rob who was abit uneasy (at first we thought it was just a tea room with no birds and he wanted to go home xD)
I was going to have a drink but there was only 2-3 tables and they were full so that didnt happen..


In all honesty I felt a bit out of place because they all knew each other but I wouldnt mind going to a bigger show that had more budgie's benched opposed to canaries and other birds.


Oh and I enjoyed C&A :D will buy it again :)
