Perhaps you should add that you would want to hand rear their babies, if they are successful?

They very well might - just felt that they ought to know. The breeders that I have talked to on this site often want to know where their budgies are going and how they are to be kept etc. There are, however, over 700 active members on this forum so, naturally, there will be a wide range of views on life. Like any forum, I suppose, we come together to discuss, ask questions, get other people's views. Doesn't mean we will change OUR views but just helps to get as much information as possible to make decisions. I am a complete beginner by comparsion with a lot of people on this site and it has proved invaluable to me. My two new budgies will have a much better life than my single budgies of the past. At the time I thought I was doing what was right for them. I now believe I can give these two a better life than they had. Thats progress for me and them.
