all green budgie???

is it possible to get an all clear budgie? for example a lutino would be all yellow or a Dark-Eyed Clear would be all he one block colour??? wb plz!;)

Not with any of the currently known mutations or combinations. At least I have never seen an all green bird. The wing is yellow with block markings. You may get close by combining opline with something like clearwings but I'm not sure, you probably will still get green brids with yellow wings (and hardly any markings).
