elaine the budgie named for me which was a gift from my boy friend lost he battle this moring.saterday we lost Stefan and now Elaine.she had a problem with egg laying.she didnt have an nest and kept on laying.and then i think she got egg bind.i tried to help.i have her a nest every thing.i tried to help.i loved her so much.i gave her ffruit.i wasnt able to save her.I tried every thing in my power.the i removed the nest.and she had made a last egg.i fosterd it.maybe she will live with the egg.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

omg i just checked the egg that i had fostered and there is a chick.omg.she could still live in that egg.

Sorry to hear you lost another bird elaine :( It's so sad when these things happen.

Luckily you have the pictures and memories (and a possible chick) :)

i have around 34 budgie now.i should have 36 but i lost 2 this week.i have 2 new chicks but its still not the same.

Sorry to hear about the loss of your budgies! Each bird has its own personality and they count as individuals don't you think? Congrats on the two new chicks. Hope you share photos of these two. I will look out for them. :)

Elaine you take care of all those budgies by yourself?
My parents wouldn't let me have a single pet before i left home cause "you will not be able to take care of it" grrrr..

yes Giouli i take care of them alone.i have had exprirince with budgies seens i was just a little girl of 4 years.they are part of my every day life.
