2 killed budgies-they are the VICTIMS

my boy friend had 14 budgies.he keeps the up in his empty wash room.on Saterday some one got in his house by jumping from roof to roof.he tought maybe he had left the lights on the following morning and the door open.so he forget very thing about it.
BUT YESTERDAY some thing terrible happened.some one really had broken into the house he found 2 budgies STRANGED.AND one missing.I was disgusted.who could have done it.we still have no clue.

Oh gods Elaine, I'm so sorry! I'm a peaceful person but when I hear of someone committing such pointless violence on a helpless bird, I see red...

the worst had come we are thinking they might have poisoned their water too.we just found an other 3 of them dead.its so heart breaking.i am so worried.we cleaned the water and every thing.

oh my god, how awful! can you keep the rest of his birds at your place until everything's settled? at least then you two know the food and water isn't contaminated.

people like that, I wish upon them a horrible death, the same thing they do to innocent creatures.

Hmm i am feeling after reading this the same as yesterday when I saw a spanish tv programme showing how parents are now installing hidden cameras in their homes coz the nannies looking after their children are slapping them and punching them in thier faces and throwing toddlers around the room because they won´t drink the milk. It makes me so angry. I honestly don´t know how I would react if I caught someone in the act of doing such cruelty.

every thing is cool now.the budgies are fine.thankx for your interest.we reported the insitent.but no one seems to care.they said that there is proof of nothing.in my oppinion didnt want to get into it.the police i mean.

Glad to hear the others are okay. I'm so sorry Elaine. I can't believe they wouldn't do anything. Animals and birds lives matter and the police are being irresponsible IMHO!

i am so sorry to hear that, but it doesn`t suprise me about the police. they didnt want to get involved when someone brutally killed my cat and left her in a carpark near a local school. it was the rspca that dealt with that side.

I read your post and for some reason imagined you living in South Africa. That's the kind of story I've heard from people who have lived in SA and fled.

In a way I can see the police point of view, they're just budgies... who cares... but that doesn't make it any easier obviously. I live in a town called Ipswich in the UK. There's been a few times recently when I've been woken up by a noise and I jump out of bed into my dressing gown, slip on some shoes and walk the perimeter of my flat with a golf iron in hand.

The sad thing is that I caught a couple of toerags while on a patrol recently. I'm not generally in a good mood at 5am, and seeing a couple of little shits around my property did not help matters. They obviously noticed I had a golf club and scarpered. I know they will be back.

So sad to hear about the budgies Elaine, there are a lot of sick people in this world that do things like this, I remember reading a news article about a teenager breaking into a class room and stealing the class budgie and microwaving it :mad:
